I wanted you to know that David and the group in Jacksonville were a huge help for me last week at the accident scene. Without them I’m not sure what I would have done.

I know David, John and Shawn put in some long hours last Thursday. Your guys know the true meaning of service. They really took ownership and sent me any piece of equipment I needed and offered up some good suggestions as well. I can’t express my appreciation enough for what they did. Thanks again to FirstLease Jacksonville.

I wanted to pass along my thanks to Jason for his efforts in assisting our business on Friday evening.

I placed a call into Jason around 8 pm on Friday night as our truck bed (specifically the PTO) was not working and wanted to see if Jason had a "magic" fix for us. Jason spent the next couple of hours contacting mechanics, dealers and others to see if he could help us "on the spot". Jason has always been extremely willing and able to help UNITS of Atlanta on any issues we have had and wanted to relay his efforts on Friday (Good Friday at that).

We were extremely fortunate in that it turns out there was a loose bolt (getting pictures to Jason to share with all Franchisees) which caused the wiring harness to come apart. We were able to get the truck into First Lease at 10 pm and they were able to identify and fix the problem that evening so we could deliver the container to the customer (one of our largest) from Friday evening as well as meet our commitments for three other containers on Saturday. If we did not have the arrangement with First Lease, I am confident that we would not have found anyone else to fix our truck on Friday pm or on a Saturday over a holiday weekend.

I recommend that we get the First Lease program information out to all Franchisees as soon as possible as this is two times they have "saved us" by fixing issues with our truck in the same day without causing us to miss any deliveries.

Getting back to Jason, I now have another example to give when asked "Why UNITS?" on the weekly call I conduct for potential franchisees. Thanks again to not only Jason but to everyone who supports us at UNITS Corporate!
